A modern and striking dream come to life, this luxury residence is located in an exclusive residential community in the Coachella Valley. The clients’ came to us with a bold request - an entirely monochromatic concept that is dynamic and exciting for hosting gatherings for their closest friends while remaining inviting and comfortable for the entire family. 

To achieve this, we got creative with pattern, scale, textures and lighting.  The Heavy Metal Residence is punctuated by ‘wow moments’ such as a casino room bar flanked by jelly fish tanks, a James Bond style hidden bar that activates with the push of a button and a giant sunken Theater Room.  Hard finishes like blackened & stainless steel, polished aluminum, black lacquer and stone juxtapose with delicate crystal chandeliers and plush oversized seating areas to create a modern home perfect for parties and entertaining or gathering with close friends and family.
